Introduction to Preliminary Task and Action Plan for Preliminary Task

Before I start my main task, I must first complete the preliminary task which is to create the cover and contents page of a school/college student magazine. In this, I will use a medium close up shot of a student on the cover, as well as appropriate text and masthead. 

I shall use my first week to plan my magazine pages, using the research that I will also do in this week to assist me with this planning.

In the second week, I will start on the production of my cover and contents page.

Finally, I will finish the production of, and also evaluate, my cover and contents page.

Introduction To Brief

As part of my AS Media coursework, the brief requires me to create the cover, contents page and a double page spread of a new music magazine. By creating this blog, I have allowed myself a way to record all my research and planning which will help me to produce a successful magazine.
